James Julian House's Obituary
Mr. James Julian House, age 66, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was born in Grant, Michigan on May 7, 1959 to Harry and Evelyn (Osmer) House. James was a veteran of the United States Army. As a child, he worked on his family farm, and later in life worked as a farmer, a job he truly loved. He was an outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed drawing and playing golf. He is survived by four sisters, Mary Fisk, Roberta Boeve, Marcile Martinson, and Peggy (Joel) Pomeroy. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings, Wilson House, Bonnie Kelly, Marjie VanderMaas, Terry House, and Edwin House. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will be on the family plot in Benona Township Cemetery.
