James "Jim" McGregor's Obituary
Mr. James “Jim” McGregor, age 93, of Spring Lake passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025. He was born May 29, 1932, in Grand Haven to William and Anna (Appel) McGregor.
Jim was a member of St. Patrick – St. Anthony Catholic Church and will be very missed.
He is survived by five daughters: Patricia Heron, Vicki (John) Flynn, Lisa McWilliams, Gayle (William) Walter, and Janet Lamanna; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, James, Jr; brothers, William Jr, and Robert McGregor; first wife, Mavis; second wife, Lynette.
A private family graveside service will take place in Spring Lake Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Jim may be given to the American Cancer Society. Please sign the family’s online guestbook at Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services.
