I'm so very sorry to hear this, I will be covering you Jan in prayer and your precious family.
I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr. who took care of my eyes. Met him thru my mother & sister.
You will be truly missed ~ R.I.P. 🕊️️
My condolences and prayers to Jan and your family. It was such a pleasure to meet and be able to take care of Jim during his hospital stay. I really enjoyed the conversations and seeing the light in his eyes when talking about his family and his love for his restored vehicles. It will be a memory that I will always keep close to my heart.

Condolence to the family of a gifted doctor and wonderful human being. He took care of me for decades with great professionalism. Probably half of my appointment time with him was spent sharing updates on my skating activities and our shared passion for outdoor adventures. I lost not only a caring physician but a good friend. My God welcome him to heaven and the good Lord smile on his family.
I am so very sorry to hear that Dr. Pascavis passed away - I always enjoyed talking with him during my eye appointments. My Dad was also a patient of his and he would ask me every time how he was doing with the sailboat. We talked and texted quite often about the sign on M-120 also hoping one day to get it restored. I am going to miss my long time eye physician - He shared with me some of the difficult health issues he was going through over the last year or so - he would always end his texts to me "In His Grip". I pray that Dr. Pascavis is in the Lord's presence now and for all eternity.
I will miss him, he was the only eye doctor I ever had, he was great,I had an eye problem and explained how it felt, he knew immediately what it was and was able to take of it.
We are so sorry to hear this news. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
