James Bruce "Jim" Robey's Obituary
Mr. James Bruce “Jim” Robey, age 57, died unexpectedly Monday morning, February 11, 2008. He was born December 21, 1950 in Price, Utah to James and Helen (Schade) Willis and had resided in Muskegon for the past 35 years. Mr. Robey was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran of Vietnam and worked for Finishmaster for 15 years. On November 18, 1972, he married Phyllis J. Cady in Carson City, Nevada and she survives him along with 2 children, Nicole Esterling and Randall Robey both of Muskegon; mother, Helen Edwards of Muskegon; and his brother, William “Trent” (Christie) Robey of California; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Theo Cameron Robey. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at Grace Memorial Baptist Church (937 E. Holbrook) with Rev. John Frank officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society.
