Doreen and family our hearts and prayers go out to you on the death of Jim. I know he will be greatly missed by all of you. Doreen, how wonderful that you were able to have 50 years with Jim and that your kids and grandkids have so many wonderful memories to hold close to their hearts. Wish we could be there for you but know that prayers are coming to you from Florida. Love you and will see you in the spring - Doris and Al##imported-begin##Doris Cwiakala##imported-end##
My deepest sympathy goes out to Doreen and family. Many of my fondest memories as a teenager were camping with the Hicks family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

We were fortunate to be able to spend many visits with Jim - from the kids' birthday parties, to Tyler's games to just random drop-in's at the Carnes household. He was a wonderful man who I know will be sadly missed by many. (I know Lukas surely adored him!!)
Doreen- we pray you find comfort in knowing how special he was to many people and how blessed you were to have been given 50 years as his wife.
You'll continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.##imported-begin##The Palmer Family##imported-end##
Jim,
You will be greatly missed by each and everyone that knew you. How you like to kid around with everyone, as my children know and remember as they grew up. You and Doreen were there for us
when Bob was so sick and any other time that you were asked. That sure helped a lot. I will miss talking to you.
God Bless You
Love,
your sister-in-law

We were saddened to learn of Jim's passing. Mike especially thought a lot of Jim. It may not seem like it now, but as each day passes, the pain will lessen and you will be comforted by the good memories.##imported-begin##Mike & Carrie Grimard##imported-end##
Grandma, We are all going to miss Grandpa, things sure won't be the same without him, but I take comfort in knowing that he is in a much better place now. He was a very special Grandpa to all of us. I was very blessed that he got to be such an important part of my kids lives. His smile and dimples could sure brighten a room. I'll always remember how he used to let me put curlers in his hair and racing to his chair so that he would sit on all of us kids. We all love you and will be here if you need anything.
