James N. "Jim" Hoerle's Obituary
Mr. James N. “Jim” Hoerle, age 67, passed away early Friday, September 2, 2011 at Mercy Hospital. He was born on September 15, 1943 to Franklin and Mary (DeVries) Hoerle in Muskegon. He attended Wolf Lake Baptist Church. Jim retired from maintenance at Reid Tool Supply Company in 2003. He enjoyed swimming, camping, cooking, and being with family and friends. On February 14, 1969, he married Barbara Frein and she survives him along with 3 children, Lisa (Fred) Maynard of Muskegon, Mark (Ronda) Hoerle of Muskegon and Joseph (Kindra) Hoerle of Holland; 7 grandchildren; 6 brothers and sisters, Marvin (Theresa) Hoerle, Thomas (Ann) Woodin, Carolyn Dean, his twin sister, Nancy (Gilbert) Castellanos, Barbara (Jim) Turner, Judy (Harvey) Wagenmaker and father-in-law, Marvin Frein, Sr. Jim was preceded in death by his mother Mary; and Thomas Woodin Sr. who he considered his father. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 8, 2011 at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Ave 231-726-5210 with Pastor Burt Wachter officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
