Jill you have my deepest sympathy along with tour sisters. I never had her as a teacher, but l respected her.

Jody,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I never had the pleasure to meet Jan, I know how much you cared for her as I witnessed you become such an incredible caretaker in her later years. Even in the hardest of times, I know that your constant care provided Jan the chance to live her life to the fullest enjoyment because of you.
Sending all of my love to you, Ed, John and Jane.
Jane, Jody, Jiselle and Jill,
I am very sorry for your loss.
Although I didn’t know your parents well, one can tell they were good people with good values by the quality of the children they raised. You are all very fortunate to have them as your parents.

Mrs. Bussard was an incredibly wise, patient, comical, and lovely lady. I admired her elegance and sophistication along with her drive to see her students succeed and earn that success. A she has been reunited with her husband and loves ones, her spirit lives on as does her legacy. My sincere condolences to her children and family on their loss of an amazing lady.

Sorry for your loss. Her sister Carmen was my grandmother, and I remember going up to Michigan as a young kid to Jan’s house (we knew her as Great Aunt), where I sprayed my grandfather Ken with the hose and he chased me around the yard!
Jody - Steve and I are so sorry for your loss. We know how much your mom meant to you and your children. I know she really appreciated all that you did for her to make sure she could stay in her home for as long as possible and then to find her such a nice place to be in the end. You said your mom taught you so much, but I know you taught her just as much and did it with grace and dignity. Our hearts are with you.

I delivered Meal-on-Wheels to Jan on Thursdays. I always admired her wonderful spirit and kindness when I came to her door. When her name didn't appear on my delivery list, I was sadden and hoped for the best. She was an amazing person. Glad I got to know her.
Jody, John and Jane
Jan was always a fascinating person - full of conversation with varied interests and creativity. You are all so lucky to have had her in your lives.
Special condolences to you Jody – you were always there for Jan with day in, day out caregiving over many years. Your care for her was an extraordinary act of love and she was so very fortunate to have you for a daughter. Know that she is smiling at you as you are now able to start your own adventure.
May Jan rest in peace.
