Mrs. Jane A. Huss' Obituary
Mrs. Jane A. Huss, age 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15, 2014. She was born in Scottville, MI on December 25, 1928, to Frederick and Orpha (Price) Finley. Jane married Willis Huss on May 12, 1956, and they enjoyed 54 years together. She was employed at S.D. Warren Paper Co. for 35 years, retiring in 1988. She enjoyed gardening, reading, knitting, playing the piano and traveling. Jane was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Jane is survived by three children; son, Gregory (Mary) Huss of Muskegon, daughter, Carole (James) Rocheleau of Grant, and son, David (Julianne) Huss of Paw Paw; eight grandchildren; Kevin (Jackie) Huss, Emily (John) Elwell, Nathan Huss, Andy (Stephanie) Rocheleau, Chris Rocheleau, Mike Rocheleau, Lydia (Matt) Deaner, Camille Huss; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Evelyn Elwell, Leslie Rocheleau, Emma Huss, and two more on the way; brother-in-law, Gordon (Betty) Huss; sisters-in-law, Delores (Tootie) Tardani, Glenna Huss, and Jackie Finley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Willis, her son Jeffrey A. Huss, her sister Lois, her brothers Lyle, Lester, Ivan and Merlin, and twin great-granddaughters Stella and Grace Huss. THE FUNERAL LITURGY will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Fr. Phil Salmonowicz officiating. VISITATION with the family will be held on Thursday, December 18 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231-798-1100) from 2-4PM and 6-8PM with a Rosary Service at 6PM.
