Jane Louise Peterman's Obituary
Mrs. Jane Louise Peterman, age 75, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Muskegon. She was born in Muskegon on August 27, 1943 to Clarence and May (Hesby) Zachariason. Jane graduated from Muskegon High School, class of 1961. She was employed by Morgan Stanley prior to her retirement. Jane was a member of the Viking Linne Lodge #57. She enjoyed playing computer games, knitting, shopping, dancing, and golfing. On April 8, 2008, Jane married Marvin L. Peterman in Muskegon. Together they enjoyed spending winters at their home in Alamo, TX. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Marvin; three children, Scott Counselor, Steven (Sue) Counselor, Sue (Joel) Erndteman; four grandchildren, Lauren, Christopher, Paige, Jacob; one great-grandson; brother, Jeff (Renee) Zachariason; sister, Susan (Bill) Boice; and several nieces and nephews. VISITATION for Jane will be from 2-4 PM Sunday, January 13, 2019 at The Lee Chapel. SERVICES will be 4:00 PM Monday, January 14, 2019 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 with Rev. Dr. Sherwin Brantsen officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. MEMORIALS in memory of Jane may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association.
