Janet Marie Masters' Obituary
Janet Marie Masters, age 91, formerly of Jackson, MI, passed away October 11, 2022 in Spring Lake, MI. She was born July 8, 1931 in Ferndale, MI to George and Melba (Sheldon) Keelean. On September 6, 1952, she married Lewis N. “Spike” Masters in Clarkston, MI. They were married 52 years until his passing in September of 2004. Together they traveled the world. Janet was a very loving and gifted homemaker. She devoted her life to her husband and children. Survivors include her son, Michael Masters; her daughter, Luann (Steve) Wood; 3 grandchildren, Allison (Karl) Adams, William Kenrick, Kenneth Kenrick; 2 great-grandchildren, Kennedy Adams, Klara Adams; her sister, Mary Ronk; several special nieces, nephews and close friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Spike, parents and 4 brothers. In keeping with Janet’s wishes, there will be no public services. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Lakeview Cemetery in Clarkston, MI.
