Mrs. Janet Stone's Obituary
Mrs. Janet “Jan” S. Stone, age 66 passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at home. She was born on December 13, 1951 in Muskegon to Norman and Patricia (McCue) Alexander. Jan loved watching the birds and deer in her yard, but enjoyed her family and grandchildren most of all. Jan will be deeply missed by her children, Edward (Anita) Southland and Victoria (Bryan Crowell)Southland; grandchildren, David (Ally Barton) Santose and Marc (Becca Johns) Santose; sisters, Susan Weegmann, Carol (Paul) Kitchen and Melanie Alexander; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Norman; infant son, Norman John Southland; and husband, Larry D. Stone. A Time of Gathering will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 4-8PM, where cake and coffee will be served, with a Memorial Service at 6PM at Maranatha Great Lakes Room (4759 Lake Harbor Rd.).
