Janice Mae Simmons' Obituary
Janice Mae Simmons, age 84, passed away on September 3, 2022 in Muskegon. She was born on July 23, 1938, to Orville and Florence (Camp) Kamp in Muskegon. Janice worked in housekeeping for Holiday Inn in Muskegon for over 10 years. She enjoyed her family, was an avid reader and liked completing puzzles. On September 17, 2016, she married, Ollie Simmons and he preceded her in death on May 3, 2019. SURVIVORS include her son, Robert Bonneau; daughters, Debra Ashburn, Sharon Torrenga and Shelli (Thomas) Dutton; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild on the way. Special thanks to caregiver Tiffany Shively for her wonderful care and special aunt, Marion Haskell who she loved dearly. Janice was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Shultz and daughter-in-law, Karie Bonneau. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will take place at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444 with Rev.
