Sorry it’s been awhile since I posted here Grandma. We have your ashes in a urn in our living room. Ellie is 4 now and is a real wild child. We have Grant now too, he is 2 and is a very sweet child. I wish I saw you get to interact with them. We took Ellie to her first movie few months ago and I couldn’t stop thinking of you taking me. I hope you get to watch over them. I miss you alot.
Hey Grandma, we had Ellie's birthday party a few weeks ago. She is getting so big. She can walk around now. She loves getting into things is so much more social than Taylor and I.
Every time I carry her into her room, she wants to play with your necklace of all the grandkids. I know you are watching over her. I just wish you were able to hold her.

Since we got back from visiting Michigan a few weeks ago, I have your ashes next to your bronzed baby shoes and the grandkids necklace you always wore. I know you are always watching over Ellie but I wish you were here so I can see you guys together. She is really active now and loves to play. I love you Grandma.

When informed Janis had passed, it hit me by surprise. I drive for the Red Cross, and usually got to see her every week. Such a nice lady. Because we always had such nice conversations, I told her I wished she lived farther out so our talks would last longer. So very sorry for your loss.
We got home today Grandma. Gabriel cried when we told him what happened. I am sorry you never got to meet him. I told him all about you!
