Mrs. Jean Joyce Kirchenbauer's Obituary
Jeannette “Jean” Joyce Kirchenbauer; 4/15/30 – 6/22/17, is now in the arms of her Heavenly Father, joining her beloved husband, Raymond. Her proudest accomplishments included raising her four children; Joan Pierce, Steven (Lori), Margo Vriesman (Rick) and Todd (Karen), and watching her grandchildren grow up; Stephanie, Lori, Kevin [deceased], Andrew, Brian, and Erica and many wonderful great-grandchildren. She leaves behind an extraordinary close-knit group of neighbors who were like family to her; Janet, Donna, Sandy, Madge, Joe, Joey, and most recently, Selena. Special thanks to the caretakers at Heart & Hands, Poppen Residence/Harbor Hospice, Hospice of Michigan, and Pastor Jerry Selleck. Services will be held 11 AM Monday, June 26, at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave., 231-726-5210. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 25, from 4-7 PM and 1 hour prior to the funeral. Immediately following the service, please join the family for a celebration luncheon at Holton United Methodist Church, 9530 Duck Lake Rd., 231-821-2323. A private family burial will take place at a later time. Memorial Contributions can be made to Harbor Hospice “Camp Courage”.
