Jean M. "Jeanne" Love/Miel's Obituary
Jean Marie Love/Miel, age 58, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on October 27, 1962 to Robert and Carol (George) Slater. Jeanne was quite talented and loved to do arts and crafts and enjoyed the outdoors. Above all things, she truly loved spending time with her family and the people she loved. Jeanne will always be remembered for having a kind heart and being a selfless person who always put others first. She is survived by her parents, Carol (George) Slater and Robert Bont; husband, Tim Miel; 5 children, Kristin (Brian) Eackert, Kyle (Danielle Bala) Love, Kerri Love, Michelle (Daniel Blackney) Miel, and Billie Miel; 7 grandchildren, Ethan (Katie) Eackert, Arcelia Bala, Alice Bala, Kyle Bala, Liam Luttrull, Kyrin Henson, Kain Lummen and one on the way, baby Miel; sister, Laura (Wayne) Bunnell; and brother, Les (Leigh) VanWhye. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, sons, Christopher Love and Steven Love; and 2 brothers, Tony Bont and Joshua Slater.
