Jean Martin-Rink's Obituary
Jean Martin-Rink age 107, of Ravenna went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Sanctuary at McAuley in Muskegon.
Jean was born on March 31, 1906 in Grand Haven, Michigan to the late John and Minnie (Haan) VanBemmelen. She married Ralph Martin and he preceded her in death. She married William Rink and he also preceded in death. Jean was a Registered Nurse for many years.
Jean is survived by: Son: Robert (Hillie) Martin of Ravenna, Daughter: Ruth (Douglas) Tremper of Wheaton, IL. 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Sister: Avis VanRaalte of Grand Haven. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Jean was preceded in death in addition to parents and husbands by: 2 Brothers: Marvin and Clyde VanBemmelen.
Funeral Services for Jean will be conducted on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna. The family will be at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the time of service to greet friends. Burial will be in Ravenna Township Cemetery.
