Jean Marie Olson's Obituary
Jean Marie Olson age 91, of Ravenna, MI died Friday, October 23, 2020 at Sanctuary at McAuley in Muskegon.
Jean was born on January 19, 1929 in Muskegon, MI. to the late Harry J. & Flossie I. (Keith) LeNore. She married Myron B. Olson on November 8, 1947 in Brunswick, MI. and he preceded her in death on February 20, 2020.
Jean is survived by: 2 Sons: Myron B. (Tammy Grifford) Olson Jr. and Steve R. (Mary) Olson both of Ravenna. 3 Daughters: Elizabeth (Rodney) MacDonald of Newaygo, Mary Lou (Dale) Ferguson of Fruitport and Tina Marie (Roger) Novakowski of Howard City. 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Myron, 6 Brothers: Paul, James, Kyran, Charles, Harry and John. Sister Mary Ann Hart.
Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be prayed on Monday, October 26, 2020 at St. Catherines Catholic Church at 11:00am with Father Andrew Ayers celebrant. Burial will be in St. Catherines Cemetery.
The family will greet friends on Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna. Also on Monday 1 hour at the church prior to service. Rosary will be prayed at 8:00pm Sunday.
