Jean Elaine (Taylor) Hamilton's Obituary
Mrs. Jean E. (Taylor) Hamilton, age 73, passed away Monday, November 19, 2007. She was born November 25, 1933 in Muskegon to Everett A. and Nellie S. (DeHorn) Taylor. She married Charles K. Hamilton in Nashville, TN in 1996. He preceded her in death in June of 2006. Mrs. Hamilton was employed as an L.P.N. for 25 years. She, along with her husband Charles, spent many years living and working on yachts. SURVIVORS: 3 children, Peggy Anne Tardiff of Mocksville, NC, Penny Lee (Bob) Kloosterman of Zeeland, MI, Calvin LeRoy Tardiff of Gallatin, TN; her mother, Nellie S. Taylor of Muskegon; 1 sister, Connie A. Christiansen of Muskegon; 2 brothers, Charles E. Taylor and James L. (Susan) Taylor both of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer Hill, Danielle Bronson, Matt Kloosterman, Christin Tardiff and Ben Tardiff; 1 great-grandson, Colten Hill; 1 step-daughter and 3 step-sons. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail-Marie Tardiff, her father, Everett Taylor and grandparents, John and Sena (Duiser) DeHorn. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 23, 2007 at Forest Park Covenant Church. She was laid to rest in Mona View Cemetery. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice or Forest Park Covenant Church.
