Jean Kathryn Meyers' Obituary
Mrs. Jean K. Meyers, age 93, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Riverside Nursing Home. She was born August 29, 1917 in Traverse City, MI to Benjamin and Kathryn (Blaske) Ashton. She married Arthur Meyers in Traverse City on October 29, 1938. He preceded her in death August 7, 1998. She is survived by her children, Kaye J. (Jim Mikel) Rensel and William A. (Nancy) Meyers both of Spring Lake, MI; daughter-in-law, Sue Meyers of Scottsdale, AZ; 8 grandchildren, Kristin (Cliff) Donnelly, Stephen (Penny) Rensel, David (Virginia) Rensel, Shannon (Derek) Sellin , Richard (Bridget) Meyers, Craig Meyers, Mark (Marie) Meyers and Merrill (John) McArdle; also, many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, James A. Meyers in 2008. In accordance with her wishes, no service or visitation will be held. Arrangements are being handled by
