Jeannette Coors' Obituary
Mrs. Jeannette Coors, age 95, died Thursday afternoon, September 2, 2010 in Muskegon. She was born April 7, 1915 in Muskegon to Louis and Adrianna (VanderStelt) Houseman and had attended Hartford Street Christian School. She later lived in Montague and New Era prior to moving back to Muskegon. Jeannette attended Ferry Memorial Reformed Church in Montague; and had been a caregiver for her mother and mother-in-law. Jeannette was married to Glenn Coors who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters. SURVIVORS include 2 brothers, John (Margaret) Houseman of Muskegon and Daniel (JoAnn) Houseman of Louisville, CO; sisters-in-law, Jean Lundell and Rika Houseman; special friends, Karen, Linda and Kay; and by many nieces and nephews who affectionately called her “Aunt Net”. SERVICES will be 3PM Saturday at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey Street, Norton Shores, MI 49444 (231-798-1100)with Pastor Joe Glover, Jeannette’s nephew, officiating. Interment will be in Montague Cemetery. VISITATION with Jeannette’s family will be 6-8PM Friday; and one-hour prior to the service on Saturday. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS to the Muskegon Rescue Mission will be appreciated.
