Jeannette June Roelofs, age 62, of Nunica passed away Monday, April 23, 2018, at home. She was born September 26, 1955, in Grand Rapids, to John William and June Jeanette (Bates) Biermaker, and she married Levin Eugene Roelofs on Read Obituary
Jeanette sure could cook and play a mean game of Yahtzee. She carried herself in such a way that everyone respected her. If Aunt Jeanette said jump, all the nieces and nephews jumped. She will be missed by all who knew her. Our prayers are with the family.
Jeannette welcomed me with open arms when I married her brother ,and she sat with me when he was sick and dieing, and she,was there for me just like I was there for her ,we talked ,2-3 times a week . I'm going to miss her so much . Love ya Jeannette.

I borrowed this pic from my sister. I did not get to visit much but any time I did Netty always greeted me with a love filled “Hi Honey”. Here we are playing cards, she was always kind to me. When I called dad she always greeted me. As a stepparent to grownups it is never easy. I know this because I am one. Sometimes you get judged and it can be a little sad. Today I am sad because even though Jeanette’s battle was short I hated to know she suffered. I am thankful for knowing her and doing the best she could in my Dads life. For Mike I wish him comfort as I know all too well the loss he feels. Not a day goes by that I don’t want to speak to my mom. I will pray for the ones who loved her most that they too find some comfort in knowing they will see Jeanette again in the kingdom of Heaven.
