Mr Jeff G. Levandowski's Obituary
Mr. Jeff Levandowski, age 52, passed away on March 17, 2015. Jeff was born on November 24, 1962 to Phillip and Linda Levandowski. Jeff was blessed with 1 son and 2 daughters in his life. Jeff enjoyed many outdoor activities; fishing, hunting, camping and golfing. He had a passion for working on cars, but most of all spending time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed. Jeff is SURVIVED by his wife Gayle; son, Adam McDaniel; daughters Amanda Lamonte and Rochelle Levandowski; granddaughter Kathleen “Roni”; brothers Dwayne (Dawn), and Craig Levandowski; mother-in-law Donna Hardy; and a nephew and nieces. He was preceded in death by his nephew Keith Jefferies and his grandparents. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 3pm on Friday March 20, 2015 at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Ave. VISITATION will be on held on Thursday from 5-7pm and also one hour prior to the start of the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
