She was a member of the St. Mary’s Senior Women’s group. She worked at St. Mary’s school cafeteria and also with the Girl Scouts when her daughters attended St. Mary’s School.
Jennie was very proud of her Polish heritage. She loved dancing to Polish music, and eating and cooking Polish foods. She was an active member (secretary) of the Muskegon Chapter of the Polish Falcons.
Jennie had many interests. She was an excellent seamstress, often sewing dress clothes for her daughters. She loved planning routes and going on trips. She often took bus trips to various casinos with friends. She worked in offices and local retail stores in the area. She was often present at events for her grandchildren and in her later years, she enjoyed working outside in her yard and talking to all of her wonderful neighbors.
