Jennifer Lillian Erickson's Obituary
Mrs. Jennifer Lillian Erickson, age 42, of Grand Haven, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 at her home with family following a long illness. She was born June 26th, 1974 in Grand Haven to Adolf and Hannelore(Lore) Gutzeit (Koenig). She graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1992. She married Mark Erickson, also of Grand Haven, June 15th, 1996 and received her Master’s degree from Davenport University.
Jennifer is the beloved mother of her two surviving children, Kollen, and Kaitlen Erickson. She is also survived by her husband, Mark; her parents, Adolf and Lore Gutzeit; Uncle, Gerd Koenig; Godmother, Waltraud Koenig; and her two cousins living in Germany; her Godfather; Uncle, Herbert Gutzeit; her cousin, Monica; her husband’s parents, Renee and Steve Erickson; brother-in-law, Patrick Erickson and his wife, Alia Ahmed; nephews, Kayvan, and Rami Erickson; numerous cousins and special friends: Danielle Hower, Courtney Sherwood and Sharon and Bill Wilde.
As an animal lover, Jennifer would appreciate memorial contributions to the Harbor Humane Society.
