Jerry Ray Walz's Obituary
Jerry R. Walz, 79, passed away on Oct. 27th 2022 in Great Falls, Montana. He was preceded in death by his mother Viola Jackson and step- father Russell Spence. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn. A son, Jerry (Ray) Walz, Jr., of Phenix, AZ, a daughter, Jeannette Richardson (David), of Jackson, MI, and granddaughter, Samantha Richardson, of Jackson, MI, brothers, Ed Spence (Diane) of Weidman, MI, Darryl Walz, of Hot Springs, AK, sisters, Joan Morris, of Whitehall, MI, Naoma VanHassel, of North Muskegon, MI, Nancy Spence, of Tennessee, Carolyn McCallum (Ken) of Fruitport, MI, brother-in-law, Michael Snyder (Lona) of Muskegon, MI, and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jerry was a man of many trades. He owned and operated Dalton Trucking, Inc. He loved to hunt, fish, garden and build things. A memorial service will take place on Nov.12, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Fruitland Baptist Church, 4611 Orshall Road, Whitehall, MI 49461. A luncheon will follow in the reception hall at the church.
