Jesse Brown, Oh Jesse Brown.
What will I do without you? I am going to miss you immensely! We had are "ups" and "downs" over the 40 years we had together, but, that is what made us close. You weren't just my nephew...you were my confidant, my best friend, my male point of view, my date, my hero, my everything. I never thought I would be without you. I thought we had time to work our things out...but God needed you before that could happen. I need you to know that I love you immensely and will always carry you in my heart. I have learned the hard way to not let a day go by with hard feelings...next time I will let down my pride and say I'm sorry and I love you.

To Jessica Ann, Case-Mike and Arik Todd: I am here for you whenever you need me. I am so sorry we have to face this life without your father. Just know he loved you more then life itself. Carry his love with you and spread it around...that is what he would want. You are all his greatest accomplishments. Keep that "Jesse Brown" smile and sense of humor, that each of you possess, going on. He now lives thru you.

To Marcia & Ray: I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what you are going through, just know I love you both and I am here if you need me.
You obviously raised him right, just reading these entries should tell you that. He will be dearly missed.

Todd, Shelley and Bryan: My words can not express how my heart goes out to you. I loved him like a brother. Just remember "I love you, Bro", either you were saying it, or he was saying it to you. (Sis to you, Shell) He knew you loved him as much as he loved you. Be thankful for the time you had together and cherish the memories. Keep his memory alive...help your children to remember their "Uncle Jess".

To his many aunts, uncles, nephews, niece, cousins and friends: He loved you all. There will never be anyone that can take his place. If each one of us could carry on part of his sense of humor, smiles and helping hand, this world would be a MUCH better place...

Even though Jesse & I wern't close friends I know that he was a great guy & well liked by everyone he surrounded. It saddens me greatly that the world has lost such a person in Jesse not being there to share that smile that I remember him most for, the only thing missing with it was a glass of milk & some cookies because he alway's reminded me of a little boy with a great sense of humor. Most of all I feel most for his family as I know what my family means to me. Jesse will alway's be in the hearts & on the minds of everyone that he came into contact with in his life. Please send my regards to all & I wish them nothing more than to be able to have their partner, friend, family member but most of all their father back again but God works in mysterious way's & we are all on this earth because he allowed that to be. My dear friends... I only had the pleasure to be around Jesse a couple of times. I never really had the chance to talk and get to know him but after the service I felt like I've known him forever. I had such a sense of who he was after Wednesday, it was the most touching service I've ever been to. Dan and I were surrounded with so much love for Jesse and all of you, it's something I'll never forget. We have been blessed with knowing all of you. Marcia, Ray, Todd and Shelley, you are all such wonderful people. You also helped me have a sense of knowing Jesse. Everytime we've gotten together and especially on our golf trips, even though Jesse wasn't with us physically, he was always there with us in spirit. Each of you would bring up something about him thoughout our time together and it has always been so great to share with you those memories. Dan and I often talked about how great it is to hear you all speak of one another with so much love, affection and respect. Jesse I am going to miss all the good times we had but I will never forget them. Your a good man and a good father and I thank god I was blessed to know you. You touched alot of peoples lives and hearts. I am going to miss camping, horseshoes. I can picture you in heaven right now laughing with a big smile.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS HOW SORRY WE FEEL FOR YOUR FAMILY .
JESSE WAS SUCH A STAND UP GUY AND ALWAYS THERE FOR ADVICE AND SUPPORT ON ANY UNION OR OTHER ISSUES WE NEEDED HELP WITH .
EVERYONE WILL MISS HIS SMILING FACE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE .
WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THE SADNESS THAT WENT THROUGH THE FELLOW EMPLOYEES SINCE THIS HAS HAPPENED . FROM OUR FAMILY'S LOSS IN THE PAST ,I KNOW THAT TIME IS THE ONLY THING THAT EASES THE PAIN .

J.B. I wish we had more time to share but GOD has bigger plans. Do you know what I'll miss the most, other than that huge smile? The kisses on the cheek you would give me when we would see each other. I hope you approve of the slideslow, I tried my best for you. Jesse was a great friend to many people. He was really like my big brother. We learned how to fish an hunt together. We learned about girls together-still havn't figured that one out yet! This has been very traumatic to many people but I hope it brings us all closer together. This has changed my life and I know I am going to make a lot of things right in my life with other people, because you just never know. Jesse and I went to High School together, and my fondest memory of Jesse was his sense of humor. He had a way of always making me laugh. A particular memory, I have of Jesse is during our typing class in high school. We were taking a typing test to see how many words a minute could be typed. Well, he sat in front of me. He didn't like my fast pace it was distrubting his concentration, so he unplugged my typewriter in the middle of the test. Yes, I yelled at him.
