Jessie Ruth Pearson's Obituary
Jessie Ruth Pearson, age 81, passed away in Westland, MI, on Thursday, September 8, 2022. She was born on September 28, 1940, in Birmingham, AL, to her parents Eddie and Alice (Crowfield) Pearson. She graduated from high school in 1958, then continued her education at Muskegon Business College. She then went on to take several classes at Davenport University as well as at Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX. She started in 1966 as a nurse’s assistant at Knollview, and later worked as a medical coder and a transcriptionist. After her time in the medical field, she worked in rental property management and later worked with Bethany Housing and Community Encompass. She attended Bethany CRC for several years but was more recently affiliated with Greater Harvest Baptist Church. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. A graveside service will be taking place for Jessie at Sunrise Memorial Gardens at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 16, 2022.
