Some of my fondest memories of Aunt Jewell were when she was working at the Acorn Restaurant. I would pop in just to say hi and always leave with some of the best onion rings in town. She was such a strong woman and would always help anyone out if she was able.
As a child I watched Jewel & my mother (Elaine) learn how to water ski.
Laughed so hard I cried.
Deepest sympathy to Shirley and her grandsons and their families. She was my dad's double cousin. I had no idea she born 6 days after my father, James 'Bud' Rosema. What wonderful memories of family times we shared. She will be missed. Keeping you all in my prayers.
