Joan Francis Biesiada's Obituary
Joan Francis Biesiada, age 79, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Fruitport, Michigan. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on February 5, 1945. Joan was a registered nurse and had been employed by Hackley Hospital and Muskegon Correctional Facility prior to her retirement. She was an auxiliary member of VFW Post #7729. Joan enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, and most recently, sunbathing. Joan is survived by her two daughters, Michelle Jannenga and Amber (Kevin Treptow) Biesiada; three grandchildren, Desirae (Dan) Miller, William Jannenga, and Nicole Jannenga; and brother, Patrick (Chris) Kearney. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Elsie (Staple) Kearney and her former husband, Robert Biesiada. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
