Joan E. Bisard's Obituary
Joan E. Bisard, age 87, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020. She was born November 13, 1933 in Muskegon to Leonard “John” and Ann (Morven) Fox and lived all of her life in the area. On August 24, 1956, she married Fredrick O. Bisard in Muskegon and he preceded her in death in 2016. Joan worked as an Office Manager for Parmenter-O’Toole Law Firm over 20 years before retiring. Survivors include 2 children, Jon F. Bisard and Debora Juergens; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister, Carol Ristau. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Denise “Dee Dee” Lacey and her son, Mike Bisard. Due to the current COVID restrictions, a service will be planned for a later date.
