Ms. Joan Marilyn Dawson's Obituary
Ms. Joan Marilyn Dawson, age 74, passed away September 11, 2012. She was born in Muskegon September 16, 1937 to George W. and Nellie (Hoekenga) Dawson. She was a lifelong resident of Muskegon and worked 35 years for Mercy Hospital. Joan was a member of Hope Reformed Church. She enjoyed knitting, gardening and traveling. Joan is SURVIVED by her sister, Bette (Morris) Thompson; nephews and nieces, Dan (Deb) Thompson, Rick Thompson, Tom Thompson and Lisa (Scott) Sabin. She was preceded in death by her parents.
