Joann M. Guthrie's Obituary
Joann “JoJo” M. Guthrie, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 13, 2020. She was born on March 16, 1958 to Robert and Edith (Christie) Guthrie in Grand Haven, MI. JoJo enjoyed being with her family and spending time with her grandkids and friends. She loved having a good time, shooting pool, singing “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” at karaoke, and visiting her favorite place, Myrtle Beach, SC. She always looked forward awards season to watch the Grammys and the Oscars. JoJo was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. She is survived by her children, Amie (Ronnie) Estlick, Arnie Rider, Ashley (Devin) Edwards; grandchildren, Taylor, Cody, Tyler, Emily, Adrianna, Robert Waylon (Willie), Liam, Olivia; great-grandchildren, Jersey, Brooklynn Jr., Everleigh; Mother, Edith (Bob) Christie; siblings, Robert (Randy) Guthrie; Jimmy (Rachel) Guthrie, Robin (Tommy) Guthrie Sharp; nieces and nephews, David, Stephanie, Shelton and Aubrey. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Guthrie. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Joann will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49444 with visitation an hour prior to the service. Following the service the family would like to invite you to DJ's Pub & Grill (2064 Henry St.) for a time of fellowship and refreshment.
