I got the oppurtunity to get to know Joe when I worked with him at Holland American Wafer Co. He seemed like a great person. I'll never forget how red he would turn when he laughed, which he did often. That is how I'll remember him.

To all that knew Joey as a child or an adult we can never forget that infectious grin and laughter. I grew up with Joe and have great memories back in Burton Heights days. Joe was my younger brother Patricks friend more so than mine but he had a way of making you laugh and it was always an adventure when we hung out.
