John Edward Emery's Obituary
John Edward Emery age 63 of Norton Shores, Michigan died Monday, July 5, 2021 at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.
John was born on June 19, 1958 in Muskegon, MI to the late Edward and Theresa (Engle) Emery. He married Kimberly Ann (Twining) Emery on September 21, 2004.
John is survived by his wife of 17 years: Kimberly A. Emery of Norton Shores, 4 Sons: Aron (Michelle) Emery of Walker, Ryan Emery of Muskegon, Jeffery (Elizabeth) Foster of Fremont, Jeremie (Stephanie) Foster of Muskegon. 1 Daughter: Amanda Foster of North Muskegon. 13 Grandchildren. 2 Brothers: Denny (Barbara) Emery of Ravenna and Neil (Joann) Emery of Sparta. 1 Sister: Donna (Harry) Jacobs of Grant. Sister In-law: Maxine Emery of Whitehall. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 Brothers: Tom and Earl Emery.
Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be prayed on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11:00am at the St. Catherines Catholic Church with Father Andrew Ayers celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Catherines Catholic Cemetery in Ravenna.
The family will be available at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00pm to receive friends. Again 1 hour prior to the service at church.
