Mr. John W. Giudice's Obituary
John W. Giudice, age 73, passed away on July 30, 2016. John was born on August 27, 1942 to Domenico and Rose Giudice. At a young age John joined the Air Force and served his county proudly. After military service he was employed by CWC and retired after 43 years in 2007. Sadly in 1984 his wife passed away unexpectedly. In 1988 he married the former Judith Duke and together they enjoyed 27 years of marriage. John was a member of the Fruitport Eagles and Orchard View Football Club. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, woodworking, and tinkering with things around the house. He was a strong-willed, loving, outgoing Italian man who will be deeply missed. John is survived by his wife, Judith; children, Dan (Michelle) Billings, Sharon (David) Lewis, Tim (Nora) Billings, Bob (Susan) Giudice, Donnette Black, and Sharlette (Tim) Baker; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy DiDomenico; many special friends; and his dogs, Dixie and Jerry. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lucy Cortright; previous wife, Judith A.; and granddaughter, Gabrielle Lewis. A VISITATION will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 5-8pm at The Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 and also one hour prior to the start of the service. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11AM at the funeral home. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS can be made to the Muskegon Humane Society or Hospice of North Ottawa Community at Heartwood Lodge.
