John and I shared a great childhood in Twin Lake, living on Crocker Lake and North Lake. We swam, water skied, and ice skated. He was a very fast skater! He was very proud of his service as a marksman in the Michigan National Guard. And, he loved being a Dad. Always ready with a smile, he enjoyed helping others to smile, too. Love him. Wish we had more time.
