I had only met Jack until after he moved into our carehome in Tucson, AZ.
I use to love coming into the home and talking with him. We developed a really good relationship. We were both in the military, Jack Airforce, me retired Army. We used to love to kid eachother about the branch of service we were in and enjoyed the banter.
We had a little putting green in the backyard of the home and we would play around and just chat. He ended up moving to another home to be closer to Green Valley. I missed him then and more so now. I know he is in a better place and now knows all the answers to the universe. Jack was a good man and wish I could have known him in his prime. My condolences to Mary and the kids and grandchildren.
