John J. Gorkisch, Jr., age 59, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006. Mr. Gorkisch was born June 25, 1946 to John J. and Marcella (Vedin) Gorkisch in Menominee, MI. John enjoyed fishing, hunting, raising exotic pets and was an avid reader. He is SURVIVED by his wife, Chris Maginity Gorkisch; children, John (Deborah) Gorkisch III and Jason Gorkisch; 2 grandchildren, Dean and Abigail Gorkisch; 2 sisters, Sharon (Jim) Jawor and Patricia (Bill) Archambault all of Michigan; 2 brothers, Jeffrey of Nevada and Steven of Arizona; and a large circle of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Michael and Patrick. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to the family to help with medical and funeral expenses. Arrangements by
