Mr. John Stuart James Bamfield, age 67, passed away in Muskegon at the Christian Care Nursing Center following a long illness. John was born in Donegal Ireland to Herbert and Catherine (Sweeney) Bamfield and grew up in Southend-on Read Obituary

John was unique in many ways. He was the coolest guy I ever met. Loved him so much not only as a boss but a friend. He helped me out so many times just by talking and sometimes crying in his office. Ever since he left the college it was never quite the same, for me anyway. I am sorry I just found out about his passing and missed visitation.
