I was privileged to know Jonas when he was very young when I babysat him at his home when he was 4 years old. I admired his alert mind and spirited play. I'm deeply saddened by his death. Shelly/Kids: Shelly I am sorry to have missed Jonas' servi,ces. I am in trial and couldn't get away and while I'm sure Jonas would understand that, I'm deeply sorry I couldn't make it. I have been thinking a lot about him all week. As you know, we had a few months together during the recent Florida trial. I remember one particularly hard, end-of-the day discussion, when we got talking about our families (I was commenting on how much we had enjoyed seeing your kids again from the Christmas card we'd just gotten) and he looked at me and said: "Family ia what really keep us going, aren't they?" He loved you and the kids so very much and was so obviously and rightly proud of you all. I like to think I was one of his best friends, but then one of Jonas' true and rare gifts was to make everyone he knew feel like they were among his best friends. We will all miss him deeply.
