Joni Lynn Rop's Obituary
Ms. Joni Lynn Rop, age 39, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at her home in Hesperia. Joni was born July 8, 1965 in Muskegon to Jack and Evelyn (Dalman) Rop and lived her entire life in the area. Joni formerly worked as the manager for the Time-Out Lounge on Laketon Avenue. She was a wonderful person with a great will to live. She had a desire to help others in need and always had a wonderful outlook on life. Joni was very much loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS include her fiancé, Larry Brown of Hesperia; her father and mother, Jack and Evelyn Rop of North Muskegon; her 2 brothers, Douglas (fiancée, Vicki Bellingar) Rop of Middleville, Daniel (friend, Doreen Hannah) Rop of Montague; her 2 special dogs, Sam and Brandon; Larry’s daughter, Stacey (Jerry) Bode of Hesperia; Larry’s father, Robert Brown of Hesperia; Stacey’s son, Tristin; her niece and nephew, Daniel and Mandi Rop; many aunts, uncles and special friends. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 11, 2004 at Calvary Memorial Church with Pastor Jeff Dunn officiating. INTERMENT will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery.
