Jorma A. Pike's Obituary
Mr. Jorma A. Pike, age 85, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2006. He was born January 6, 1921 in Highland Park, MI to Carl and Ida (Savolainen) Pike, and lived most of his life in Livonia. He moved to Muskegon in January of 1992, and then moved to Mears, MI in 2003. Mr. Pike was a teacher for the Detroit Public School System for 43 years before his retirement. On February 8, 1947, he married Marian Geloneck in Detroit, MI, and she preceded him in death on November 2, 1993. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Jerry (Susan) Pike of Streamwood, IL, Dennis (Jenny) Pike of Mears, MI; and 6 grandchildren, Frances, Arthur, Karl, Mary, Brian, and Aric. SERVICES will be 3:30 PM Friday at
