Joseph Lovrencevic's Obituary
Mr. Joseph Lovrencevic, age 89, passed away with his family at his side Thursday, December 9, 2010. He was born August 4, 1921 to Joseph I. and Mary (Provci) Lovrencevic in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and lived in Muskegon for most of his life. Mr. Lovrencevic was a graduate of Rutgers University, was a WWII U.S. Army veteran, and a lifetime member of the Elks. He loved to travel, and was employed at Brunswick Corp. for many years before retiring. SURVIVORS include his wife of 62 years, Anne J. (O’Reilly); 2 sons, Tim (Sandy) Lovrencevic of Norton Shores, Joe (Diane) Lovrencevic of Minneapolis, MN; 1 daughter, Sue (Mike) Priese of Norton Shores; 6 grandchildren, 4 great-granddaughters. He was preceded in by his parents, and 1 sister, Josephine Petroff. A Celebration of Mr. Lovrencevic’s life will be held next spring or summer.
