Jo was Deputy Finance Director at Norton Shores when I became Deputy City Clerk in 1974. She was always cheerful and a lovely co-worker. I remember she hadn't wanted to retire when she turned 65. She certainly could have continued if she was so mentally sharp even at 101! Whatta gal!

I only knew her from Dr Mixer's office, but she was one of our high-lights when you was in the office! What a wonderful lady and a wonderful life she has had. Thoughts are with you, we are out-of-town today, or I would come to the services to see everyone. I also remember Terri and the kids!
