I was delighted to live next to Joyce for 5 years from 2013 - 2018. I didn’t have the privilege of knowing her in her younger years but the Joyce that I knew always greeted me with a smile that made nothing else in the world that was going on matter. She had a love for people and a love for life that is unmatched. Relationships meant everything to her and in the end they are one of few things that matter in this life. Her joy was contagious and she will not be forgotten.
