Joyce B. Dykema's Obituary
Joyce Berdean Dykema, age 77, passed away in Fremont on Thursday, October 15, 2020. She was born August 22, 1943 in Muskegon to Junure and Berdean (DeLong) Kersting. On March 8, 1963, she married Robert A. Dykema in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on March 24, 2002. Joyce worked 25 years for National City Bank prior to her retirement in 2004. She was a member of Fifth Reformed Church and loved to play the organ and listen to gospel music. SURVIVORS include 3 children: Rhonda (Jack) Kuchar, Leisha (Rick) Kidd II, and Robert (Jessica) Dykema II; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be no services for Joyce. Burial will take place next to her husband, Robert, in Laketon Twp. Cemetery. MEMORIALS to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of Michigan will be appreciated.
