Mrs. Joyce Ann Luckett's Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Ann Luckett, age 72, passed away early Thursday morning , April 5, 2012, at a local hospital. Joyce was born May 15, 1939, in Tiptonville, TN, to Charles James and Vera Mae (Robertson) Ring. She came to Michigan in 1964. Joyce worked as a waitress for many years both at the Lakos Steak House Restaurant as well as the Doo Drop Inn. She retired in 1992, due to health reasons. Joyce attended Grace Memorial Baptist Church. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Joyce is survived by her 4 children, Vicky (Jim) Fox of Yazoo City, Ms., Kenneth (Kathy) Luckett of Norton Shores, Sandra (Mike) Olsen of Norton Shores, and Joseph Luckett of Muskegon; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother, Billy (Mary) Ring of Muskegon; a sister, Betty Johnson of Muskegon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jodi Luckett; a brother, Charles Ring; a sister, Dorothy ‘Dottie’ Ward; as well as her parents. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 2 PM Monday, April 9, 2012 at The Walburn Chapel 1547 W. Sherman Blvd 231-759-8565
