A lot of nice memories as a kid growing up on Louis Av. and in later years as an adult, when I'd see her at Lindback's or out and about. A privilege to say I knew the Deyoung family. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. Karen, who would have thought we would both lose our mothers within a week and a half of each other. I know how you feel. I remember so many times with "Jirch"---camping, LEON, making cookies in her kitchen, just being at her house. They say "time heals"---we'll see.
