Mrs. Juanita L. Wilhelms, age 77, passed away Friday afternoon, October 31, 2003 in Muskegon. She was born May 17, 1926 to Wilbur and Florence (Walbaum) Klapp in Freeport, IL, and moved to the Muskegon area from Speedway, IN in 1957. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church, was very active in the United Methodist Women, both at the District and Conference levels, and was a Past-Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Genesis Chapter. She married Edward H. Wilhelms on February 1, 1948, and he survives her along with 2 children, Tybo Wilhelms of Toledo, OH, Cynthia (Larry) Barefoot of Norton Shores; 3 grandchildren, Andrew (Valerie) Wilhelms of Columbus, OH, Jason (Sarah) Wilhelms of Fort Collins, CO, Anthony (Jennifer) Flannery of Custer, MI; 3 great grandchildren, Bretyn, Jadyn, and Jada; 1 brother, Zael (Donna) Klapp of Freeport, IL; 1 niece, Suzan (Dennis) Carpin of TX. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Debbie Wilhelms. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Central United Methodist Church, with Dr. Randall R. Hansen and Chaplain Jan Johnson officiating. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION at
