Mrs. Judith Burley's Obituary
Mrs. Judith Anne Burley (Howe-Cross), 76, passed away Monday afternoon, December 18, 2017, in Muskegon. She was born January 18, 1941 to Floyd and Ruth (Sawyer) Howe in Muskegon. Mrs. Burley worked as a playground aide at Pennsylvania Elementary School, and at Harbor View Market. She enjoyed long walks at Snug Harbor, bologna rides, and spending time with her puppies and family. She is survived by 3 children, Chuck Cross, Cookie (Denny) Dyer, Steve (Michelle) Burley II, stepson Nick (Tracy) DuShane, 7 grand and 10 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Floyd “Sonny” (Shirley) Howe Jr.; several brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Cross, her son, Troy D. Burley; her husband Steven Burley, her parents; and one brother, Richard (Helen) Howe. A time of sharing will begin at 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 20, at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100, followed by visitation and light refreshments from 3:30 until 5:00 PM.
